Hydrate

First of all…J U I C E  is magickal!

Have you ever felt the electric volt of energy when drinking a fresh juice? If not thats okay, theres still time! Today i felt inspired to hydrate with some fresh alkalizing  fruit juice. Let me tell you, theres no better way to cool off than to drink fresh watermelon juice. Full of B vitamins, vitamin A and copper, Watermelon juice is one of the most mineral abundant hydrating fruits on planet earth! Take a deep breath i know this is a lot of excitement to take in. This amino acid rich juice will get your blood circulating and have your complexion radiant!

Watermelon Juice 

  • chopped watermelon (as much as you want)
  • a cup or more of ice to chill your juice (optional)
  • 7 leaves of mint
  • juice of half a lime (optional)

 

To make 

  • high speed blender (my cheap one worked pretty well)
  • blend until smooth
  • strain pulp for extra smooth juice *wink*
  • refrigerate (optional)

HONESTLY it’s that easy!

So sit back my beautiful friend and nourish your body, self love starts on the inside and works it’s way out!
